It is hard to say what is Ok or wrong with this app, even to write a comprehensive review of it, as it is permanently stuck at the loading screen. I gave it a good 30min chance to load. There was no meaningful message or notification, internet activity negligible. What is this app trying to load for sooo long? It went trough number verification step ok. As a dev myself I find this sloppy. For a major telco, or telco that boasts that is the major one, you fail at the first step.

This is ridiculous!! You cannot pay your accounts any longer with a push notifcation from the bank. And then they explain that the bank defines it, funny how I can pay other suppliers without having to enter ridiculous codes and values.. FIX the application! This is SO annoying, I'm tempted to change my provider.

Poorly organised. Page to invoices and payment history not listed on drop down menu. Onerous task of searching. Will delete application. June 8, 2022 gave the application another chance. The new update is worse. Various options are provided but not a single page dedicated to current and past bills. I was sent a text message that they emailed my bill, but no email received. Gross incompetence.
