Stopped working I used it all the time to just check my balance but now the keyboard doesn't appear when I go to type my passowrd. Can't use it now.
No top up I used to love this app for quick balance review and mobile top ups. Really disappointed the top up option has been removed.
Cant login as no keyboard is displayed to input login password no matter what I try :( - pretty basic things you might need to use this app but the app developers don't seem bothered going by the low app rating. Other High St banks do a much better job of keeping their customers happy.
Good As the app name suggests, you get your BALANCE, FAST though trying to force you to use the slower mobile app. Not designed to transfer funds etc which would require higher security. Missing 1 star due to no option seeing pending transactions which would be really helpful. Another future development would be to see all balances with the same IB number?
Why? The best was the quick way to top up your mobile. Now they've removed that option. Why in hell would HSBC remove such a useful tool??? Fekkin' morons!
At last... Works well now...took a few attempts before I recognised my account details...why I don't know...all were correct. But works fine now. UPDATE: As of 21/09/15, key pad to enter password has stopped working??? Please fix. 1 star until fixed.
