Stopped working completely following a recent update. Uninstalled and reinstalled the last two subsequent versions and updates. Still utterly useless as just hangs with the ring of death. Just installed latest update on 29th June 2017 and it is still broken!
Erm... What you upto HSBC? Yeah it looks nice but its totally unfunctional. Unresponsive to any input, just freezes on start up. Sort it out and tear up your contract with the app developer!
HSBC please read the reviews and act on it. This app is useless in this form. Frequently crashes on logging on. Plus very limited functionality for a small business banking app. This needs to be corrected and functionality improved asap, please. The previous version vas as poor in functionality as this one and the menu did not work either but at least it was not crashing all the time.
The recent update has been a disaster. It freezes on the home page, you can't exit the app & the shortcut has completely disappeared. HSBC, Can we go back to the last version? That worked fine!
Totally useless following the last updates. It getting stuck with the loading screen or the menus become unresponsive. Every single time I have to restart it so I can use it again. Please do something about it. It's something that I use everyday.
Marginally better after the update. Tells me that touch-ID not supported on my device. It's a Samsung galaxy note 5 which supports fingerprint recognition and is used all the time. Must do better.
