Very poor user experience and unresponsive app. Policy details and transaction history are not reflected correctly. It depends on when you login, they will show a different outcome. Past transactions seems to be reflected periodically at least 1 month later, and therefore you cannot rely on the history to determine if a payment has been successful.

When trying to find a clinic you have to look through an unsorted list containing every region in every country and the box only shows 4 lines at a time, and doesn't even show which country it belongs too, so you might actually select the wrong country without knowing it. And it doesn't even show all the clinics on the map, you can only find all in the list view.
