Ratings and reviews

The portfolio analysis report is very useful. But we are unable to identify the the category of the stock instantly ( Large / medium / small). If the name of the stock is displayed in color ( Green / violet / orange ) as in Portfolio analysis report , it will be much useful to the investor. Hope you will do the needful. Thanks.

1. gtd orders process is very poor, the app doesn't allow gtd orders during market off hours , later it if allows only during the night or morning time 2. only a few gtd orders are allowed while the order apps in the market allows the gtd orders without any limit 3. why don't you allow gtd as an offline order, capture the details and send it to the server when the market is up, this allows users the flexibility on creating offline gtd orders the news app has a more complicated interface

Very bad experience. They requested me to update KYC. 1. Inititially it allowed only offline update and there is only one branch in whole of Bangalore for that. 2.When I did first time, it got rejected. But no notification for more than a month. They should have communicated either by sms or email. But they just ask to redo the KYC over a post without giving reason why it was rejected first time. 3. Recently it allowed KYC from the app, even after doing it successfully, not able to sell stocks.
