Don't know what happened Before last update worked perfectly. Now I can't connect Desire 820. It connects and disconnects. I can't get it to work. And after a while it informes me that it's out of range. So sorry that it doesn't work. I would like to use it. Update: now it works again . Have no idea what changed, maybe few restarts did help. Anyhow now it works and I like it a lot.
After upgrade... After upgrade to newest firmware version ( HTC M9 - 2.10.401.1 ) fetch stops working...please - fix that. Device is pairing, but there is no chance to connect to it. Finally, version 1.6 is working FINE! THANX :-)) Brilliant job.
Can't depend on it I simply can't rely on this device working when needed. If the phone hasn't been used for a while, the phone will not respond when to pressing the button on the fetch. Disappointed.
Not working on Nougat I replaced the battery a few weeks ago and tested out the app and fetch and it was working fine. Flash forward to today, after updating my 5X to 7.0 Nougat and the battery percentage was showing as 0% on the app which I thought was unlikely to be true. The beepers were not working either way so I replaced the battery again. To my dismay, the battery percentage still shows 0 and I can't get either my phone or fetch to beep (forget the camera functionality, the main one isn't even working). Money wasted :(
HTC please fix this app. This was seriously the most pathetic little tracker device. I honestly never thought it was going to be with it but I got it because of novelty purposes of owning and loving HTC products. But the past year I've grown to hate HTC HTC products. The device that is meant to connect to this app drains a brand new battery within a month with no usage. And this app was made by a kindergartner. Totally pathetic. Same as the app for the RE camera.
I don't understand Sounde d great but I don't know how to use it? All I get is a blank screen.
Bluetooth pairing is no longer required.
