Fetch does not work with my M8, and never has. The out of range alert sounds constantly. It sounds when the phone and Fetch are only a few inches apart. However, it will not alert when they are actually separated and I need to find the phone. The Fetch and M8 become unpaired several times a day. To top it all off, battery life is abysmal. Not once when I needed Fetch, has it worked. HTC's customer service was useless. They've turned a long time customer into someone who will bad mouth them forever.
Please stop the beeping Everytime I turn off Bluetooth and reopen the app, it forgets my settings and turns back on the "alert out of range" and the " alert in range" option. I don't need it to beep if I know where I left my keys. I only need it to tell me where my keys are when they are lost. Please fix this annoying feature.
What the F*** I bought a HTC Fetch hoping it would be fully supported with my new One M9. I have had no connectivity issues however the app looks horrible, doesn't match with Lollipop and sense 8. And the notification when you loose your phone is ridiculous.... Update it now and redeem yourself HTC.
Doesn't work M9, app doesn't see the fetch, Bluetooth settings see it but forces play store to open even if app is installed. POS waste of money.
Have to pass lock screen :-/ I would be giving 5* but I've found an issue that I'm sure many of us have or will encounter. I Was in a busy shopping center yesterday, I accidentally pressed the fetch in my bag, so my phone is now screaming at me to turn it off, but what's this, I have to pass my lock screen to be able to deactivate the alarm. Which mind you isn't the easiest task when you have over 100 eyes staring at you thinking what the h3ll is he doing... Please make it possible to turn off the alarm from the lock screen, HTC M8
Worked perfectly with my mom's iphone 6 plus and my dad's note 4. Would not connect to my HTC M9. Wtf HTC?
