I wanted Alexa to work but it wasn't so. I asked Alexa some simple things in English, and she responded well, but then I asked some simpler things and they were too much for her. Alexa does need work. I rather stick with ok Google, even though I don't like to say ok google because when I do all the gadgets in the house answer at the same time. I'm glad that Alexa is working for a vast majority of people. I'm sure that Amazon is working hard at it and will finally get it right. Even in Spanish.

yeah what happened to always on mode? now you have to tap the mic after a command. coz app stays on the screen after a command. I'm starting to not like HTC. updates come longer than. the rest and buggier too. its time to look at other phone makers

I had this app on my old HTC u 11 and it worked a treat. I have replaced it with the same model and I cannot use it. It only appears in settings under apps. I cannot uninstall so it's useless and I don't understand why
