Don't miss what's important IRL while you're in VR. To get essential notifications in the world of virtual reality, just connect your phone with your HTC VIVE. Notifications about phone calls, text messages and calendar events pop up without interrupting play and appear in the VIVE tab on your System Dashboard so you can view them later too.

2. Contact List
HTC applications may retrieve your Contact Information when you receive incoming call on your phone and will then send Contact Information related to the incoming call to the connected VR device as a notification. and you can always choose not grant access to Contact Information with us.

3. SMS Log
HTC applications may retrieve your SMS information when you receive new SMS on your phone and will then send SMS log to the connected VR device as a notification. and you can always choose not grant access to SMS log with us.

Ratings and reviews

This app is useless, crashes 99% of the time. I've cleared cache, data, even uninstalled and reinstalled, and it fails to work. Useless app just like their useless headset. I'm never buying an HTC product again, I'm going to switch to another manufacturer like so many others seem to be doing. I've learned my lesson. (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for reference. Shouldn't have any problems running anything, it's still one of the newest phones out.)

Some days it connects. Often times it doesn't. Worked for months with my S7 Edge, then the PC app side patched and now it doesn't work. I've seen this app flop back and forth between functional and broken a few times now. Whatever they keep doing wrong they can't lock it down apparently or can't get it to work with everyone's phones all the time. Great when it does connect though!

Pros: useful in setting up a Vive Flow. The "phone as a controller" thing works great! Cons: Vive Flow will not mirror screens on devices running Android 16.
