I absolutely LOVE HTeaO, been going to Ledgestone since they opened, but corporate has been changing and reworking the app the last few months and it SUCKS! The app doesn't work. When it does, you can't use your points or you get to the check out and then it's unavailable. The app was working perfectly before they started screwing with it. Why try to fix something that isn't broken? And now the points are only good for 30 days! WHY??? But if you can't use them, I guess it really doesn't matter.
