With the GeoBlue mobile app, you have convenient access to doctors, hospitals and other healthcare resources around the world.

Login using the same username and password you use for the member portal, or register as a new user directly through the app. The GeoBlue app supports fingerprint unlock.

This app provides excellent person to person service when directly contacted but actually using the app for anything else is very difficult. All of the contract info for clinics was outdated and out of order. Very frustrating experience! But again, their person to person service was very direct, helpful and immediate.

Worthless! Tried to attach travel policy and could not. Tried emailing and received a phone number. Phoned and eventually received access to id card. I'm traveling internationally. Why couldn't you have given me accesd to my id card during purchase??? What a pain in the a!!.

It's clean and reliably built. The scan directly to Claims feature is not always able to take good quality images and it's better to take one's own scans and import them for submitting claims from the mobile platform. Otherwise being able to make mobile claims while abroad is the strongest feature. It would also be great to be able to view and update account holder information in the app, such as review the registered address, email, and reimbursement methods. Customer support is very strong.
