Has issues I updated my version as it said it would solve bugs which I hadn't noticed. Now it hangs and doesn't connect. Hope HSBC are doing enough pre-launch testing.
Every time I go to log in it says my user name is invalid. But I can use my user name if I go to the website. It work on my s4 but doesn't work on the s6.
Opens and runs as well as the bank Locked me out for no reason then spent 1hr 30 and numerous bad calls to get back in. Now it's hanging. Get it sorted..
Almost ticks all the boxes The app does its job but could really do with the pending transactions option that you get on the main website. Would also be good to see when cheques are going to clear from your account on the website and app.
Was working out but know it's not wouldn't recognise my I'd login and mentioned a error please fix this problem and I put my details in correctly I am going to try reinstalling the app.
Love it . But can you guys provide a more comfortable way to get into your account when it's locked after unsuccessfully login
