It's an all right app but it's very boring and compared to other banks you can't do anything with your accounts such as pay new people e.t.c other banks are way ahead and the transaction are boring and they said we're bringing a new banking app where's that, the app is well out dated needs a whole new design and look and fresh look and HSBC really need to listen to there customers and make an app that fits around there customers needs

The app looks dated, compared to other banks like Emirates NBD's app which is has way better UI. The iOS version has fingerprint login, how come that the and Android version still doesn't have it? It's also slow and glitchy. I'm just wondering why I huge bank can't afford to make a decent app for its customers.
Getting error in Samsung S8, cannot open the app. Network Connection Error: Please check your internet connection or try again later. All my other apps are working except HSBC mobile app. How can I remove the one star? Not worth of giving one star. There was an update last night. Not working, same issue.
The worst app I've ever used. Buggy, complicated layout, terrible login process, constantly logging me out or refusing to log in because of technical issues. My heart sinks every time I have to use it.
Very bad app. It is really basic/ webview kind of UI. Login with password in 2017 feels really old school. Need a quick access via pin or finger print. Mobile pages have to optimised for small screen/quick use.
