The sleep tracker definitely doesn't work in mine, as I get up every night at 2:30, and it has not recorded my 30-45 minutes of being awake yet. Further, the heart rate monitor has broken after only 40 days in two different Arcs. Other than the product, the app works well. I do wish they would integrate with the NikeRun app for a more complete workout tracker.
Broke in 33 days - I loved this when it was working - it was stylish, it kept track of my steps, it did a good job on my sleep. The app was ok, but then one day I put it on the charger and it would not charge. We tried everything. I've been in touch with customer service three times (but only email as I can't find a phone anywhere), they've stopped getting back to me - is it because I asked to return it? I want to return this! I don't want to just be stuck with a crappy piece of technology! Step up the customer service and improve the product, because right now it's horrible.
My AmazfitArc well not hold a charge for even 24 hours! The wrist band does not display the correct information, nor does the information display accurately on my android phone!
The app is much to be desired. It is anything but interactive or user friendly

The fitness tracker is stylish & sophisticated so it's something of a let down that the app is so crappy. The sleep tracker is ridiculously inacurrate so I don't bother wearing it at night any longer. I actually have no idea how it can be this bad. Device pairs well… no complaints there but this app needs lots of work. Fitbit & Garmin apps BOTH much better. You need to step your game up.
This release includes a new firmware update with stability improvements as well as minor bug fixes.
