Disappointing indeed. Only 4 variables controlled for the Verve Rider: vibration toggle, locator map, name customisation & voice alert toggle. Where is the EQ info? Where is the pass through toggle? Even the battery strength isn't updated real time. C`mon Motorola, you could do better than this! Takes the steam out of your best products!
I can not get the app to connect to the earbuds. i only connected the earbuds twice in a week period. The app display trying to connect and that is it. The app then display, disconnect. Is the app bad or the earbuds? Is there something else i am doing wrong? Not happy right now.
An astonishingly bad app. What is the point of an equalizer that you can not use while listening to the ear buds? ( This criticism was an error on my understanding of the device added back 1 star for the customer service) It is unpractical to need to dock the ear buds to change the settings of a safety feature ( pass-through). Combine these irritants with the fact the the app is incapable of finding the ear buds and you have an app that kills what cold be a wonderful product.
Just got VerveOnes+ today. Installed the app and it paired just fine first try. Used it to update the firmware for the headphones (with several disconnects mind you,) and now it won't connect to them again. Already did the uninstall/reinstall, but still no luck. Very frustrating when you have to use the app to change certain settings. Also frustrating that they HAVE to be in their case for the app to connect Edit: Emailed support on 2/21/17 asking to look into connection issues with headphones. Nearly two weeks later and I haven't even received a response. For such a big company, that's very poor customer service
VerveRider's bluetooth connectivity with my Nexus 6 is seamless. Last known location, voice prompts, battery status and help topics are a nice touch. Why this app has gotten such a low rating is beyond me.
HI, got the ververder+. Headphones work well with normal bluetooth connectivity. I am not sure why i am not able to connect it via motoconnect.. It just says Sorry, lets try to fix this. I am using the motox 2013.
