Your application is not working as described, I have tried to connect my vervd ones but they keep disconnecting. Truly disappointed by you Moto. I have an expensive Bluetooth earphones with no actual use at any point. I feel I have been robbed. Please fix your application, you cannot sell a product that can't run, just unethical and unprofessional. FIX IT.. UPDATE YOUR APPLICATION ON WORKING ORDER UPDATE: Have emailed them as suggested by developer feedback, no reply until now.
Not impressed. We have 2 pairs of Verve Ones ME and a pair of Verve Loop+. Only one of the three will pair with the app. One pair of Verve Ones only works on one side, and despite several attempts to contact Motorola support I have heard nothing back. If it wasn't for the fact that the Verve ones were a gift I'd return them. The sound on the Loop+ is quite good, but not being able to connect to the app just sours the equation. A company this big should be better at customer support.
The whole point of installing this app was to track my verveloop device but after connecting it just says location unavailable. Need some serious work on the app
This is gotta be the worst app. Ive ever tried to use. Won't connect to the earbud. Troubleshooting directions even worst than the app. Limited info. Complicated system. Pls advise how to get this thing working.... And pls advise if ur supposed to hear phone conversations in both ears cause only one side works for phone calls and the 2 sides for music. ????? More detailed info is needed to know what to do and expect grom these ear buds .and now they're both connecting separately to my phone and not to each other 😞😤😠😡 And i cant find any trouble shooting info on the web.
This is very disappointing. I can't use my verve with this app. In fact buying verve is useless if we can't connect
So I was told the music edition does only have check location, rename and delete earbud. My only problem now is that my left earbud gets connection every other minute, and it's becoming annoying to me. Oh, and you can't use the left one while charging the right one.
