Prompted me to update firmware as soon as I connected. Tried about 15 times wired and wireless. Failed every time at 63%. Also there is no recording on movement. It will only send you an alert. You can only turn infrared off for 10 minutes in low light. Tried to log in to the camera via IP address but it asks for a username and password. The username and password for the app doesn't work and there is nowhere to create one. This is going back as there is just too much wrong with it.

App has been upgraded and it's much better then before. One thing bothers me, not sure is it just case here or somebody else has problems. I cannot download video, actually a snapshot after camera had detected movement. I get a 'you need to be connected to the same VLAN as camera otherwise you need to subscribe'. I am connected. So, this is just because you need to pay to download video snapshot from the cloud or?

you better hope that you don't need to use this app during an emergency, they make you watch ads for ages before you can access the app to use your CCTV cameras, but once you eventually get inn the app is easy to use and setup. It has push to talk functions, ptz control and different resolution settings. cloud save is also a function. Best used for a more informal home setting.
