Ratings and reviews

Video and sound quality isn't great. Auto night vision stays on even in bright lighting. It's really hard to speak or listen to others. The lag is terrible. The camera just glitches a lot. It's extremely sensitive. If you move it a certain way, the camera will automatically turn itself all the way around to the back side. When I'm trying to turn to see specific area, especially trying to zoom in, the camera really seems to freak out and turn all the way to top or back. I don't like this camera.

Trying to set alarm times in the app, and every time I save and close it, Iopen the settings back up and out keeps reverting back to default settings. I don't need notifications and alarms going off on my home while I'm here. It would also be really nice if the app allowed you to set up multiple times for the device to send alerts. IE: when I go to bed at night until I wake up, and another for the times I'm gone. Or setting alarms to be set for different intervals on different days.

Either it's the app or camera but doesn't work. I've tried connecting the camera five times, I tried different ways to connect the app and camera, it told me WiFi connected successfully, but then it won't let me add the camera to the app. Then it goes all the way back to the beginning and makes me go thru the whole process again!! Like there's something seriously wrong here. And I paid for the subscription as well and still can't connect the damn app and camera!!
