Hate the updated design, can't skip the setup. I can't use without wasting spending time setting up something I've had for years. I will cancel soon if not changed, too many other quick and duplicate content options are available. This was an update designed without the user in mind or without any understanding of the customer. I rarely use the service. Probably wouldn't bother canceling due to the low cost except this update is so infuriating I actually spent time writing a review and will take the time to cancel service. I won't spend any time setting up the app. *now have cancelled
SCAM?: first of all, we have already paid the monthly bill. After a few days later, it tells me that I need to subscribe, I thought it was a big and just paid(more to the story).. then again.. telling me, that I have to pay again .... So, where my 2 months of free service? I'm not joking here
Wow, it's fixed. I'm impressed. Thank you! The new app is all good with me now. *Original* Am I missing something? Where is the cast button on the main screen now? I have to go into a shows description to cast to Chromecast, then back out to resume the episode I last watched. Such BS. The new app sucks for this reason alone. Haven't bothered exploring the rest of it.
I've been using this app forever and it always worked great, until the recent update, now more than half of my shows won't play. I get an error code 3(-984) and restarting and re installing the app don't work. Please help me change this review to a 5
Via Chromecast. Select video. Watch commercial, then get error message that video is unavailable. Double checked other streaming services, they work fine. My complaint, I already pay for this service, don't show me a commercial before letting me know your content isn't available. If content isn't available, commercials definitely shouldn't be available.
Not sure why they changed it. I have a set of shows that I watch, and on my pc and wiki, they are easily accessible, but on this new Android app, they are buried amongst a bunch of shows I don't watch, nor do I care about. It's really kind of sad. I used to love Hulu, but now I don't bother using it on my phone
