Subtitles Please!!!!!! I just got a Motorola Xoom and have been very excited to try out Hulu+ on it. The only reason I keep my Hulu+ subscription is because of the anime so I am definitely feeling let down due to everything working perfectly except there's NO SUBTITLES!!! So close, yet so far away. Please fix this! 5 stars when I can understand my animes on my Xoom. UPDATE: subtitles were added for my Motorola Xoom. Thank you! However, I'm now having the exact same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note II. Please fix!!!
I would give it 5 stars but it stopped playing videos!!!! It keeps showing up cannot play video restart device and try again, which I have multiple times now and it still happens! I have all my shows still but none will play! It worked great earlier today and before it was working perfect! I can't get any answers on support either. I went to website and couldn't get help there. I am a paid subscriber! I hope this is a minor setback and it starts running again tomorrow otherwise I will have no choice but to cancel! I am on fixed income and can't afford to pay for something that isn't working! Thank you!
Your new updated app SUCKS big time. You've made it impossible to browse new shows or find what you were watching without wasting a huge amount of time. I'm begging you to go back to the previous version. I've been paying for Hulu Plus for 10 years and loved it. Not any more. I encourage other users to let them know if you feel the same way. Who knows. Maybe they will listens.
Potential. But there's a long way to go. Video simply freezes more often than I can overlook, and there's no way to recover (even after a device restart, video goes straight back to being frozen when resuming). This happens during ads, mostly. There are some other questionable UX choices that I expect to be ironed out, but as a $40/mo subscriber, I'd like to know that when I watch something, I'll actually be able to... you know... watch something.
I really enjoy the app, the problem is I have the app on my phone and on my Xbox. When I add shows to my watchlist on either one it doesn't show up on the other one. So I am continuously double adding shows to make sure I have them on both devices. This gets real annoying real fast, so please fix this.
To much buffering.. it's always buffering.. playback doesn't work over half the time and have to restart the episode and then there's the commercials to watch again.. these updates and changes that were made really downgraded the performance of the app!! Plus there are shows where you still need to watch ads before and after with a commercial free plan.. this price should be dropped as well
After the last update to the Xbox and Android app navigating through the content is very difficult. The the new layout is just horrible! It has great shows and movies available but i just can't find what I'm looking for and find myself using the search just to find a show. Please make it easier to navigate/the content.
