It is FREAKING AMAZING... except when it isn't. It's stable about 80% of the time, which is honestly better than apps like the xbox app or cvs. But, it could honestly use some stability work. Sometimes, it simply forgets user data, and others, it takes quite a bit of time longer than other apps to load content. Then, there's the wellness check reward issue, but maybe at some point, they'll get it fixed. But, it's a bit better than 3 stars. Maybe 3.5? Rounded up to 4 stars.

UPDATE: July update has glitches. Cannot access anything on home or activities pages of app. Can't buy e-cards. Error message asks you to tap to reload but only takes you back to the error message. Points disappeared & others I have earned are not showing up either. What's the point of this app if you can't use it to redeem earned rewards??? I emailed the app about the issue 2 days ago. No response yet. Will call Humana tomorrow to see if they can help, but so far very disappointing!.
