- View and edit your profile information (depending on your plan, certain fields may not be editable)

*Requires location sharing enabled on your phone. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

Honestly humana insurance hasn't been a problem only except for *drum roll* this app. The 1st month was very good and accurate but not it won't load, display or even attempt to function properly. I've Uninstalled/re-installed, deleted restarted phone etc. Nothing seems to fix the problem. Honestly not impressed, hope yall fix this sooner than later.

Well, I was using the app as a new member. Only a month into my using it, I can't. Why? The app has a "bug" and keeps crashing. "Clear Cache"? Sure. Keeps crashing. "Update App"? Okay. Crashes still. "Uninstall. Reinstall"? Look, it's still crashing. App is officially unusable. I guess it was good while it lasted?

This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst app I have to use! It constantly refuses to let me log into my account even though I am following their instructions....time after time after time. And then calling them for help gets you bounced around trying to find someone to help. If I could change providers I would just because of the website and their constant robocalls. Absolutely worthless!
