Ratings and reviews

I would give it zero out of five stars but that wasn't an option the app freezes? it won't let me connect to your chat. I have to call the phone number to get help . it won't let me log my go365 activities. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it five times this year alone really? what is the point in having an app when you can't do anything with it?

My experience with this app, I would not recommend it due to the failure of the software program having glitches that is preventing me from logging in from my phone or laptop desk. I have given numerous attempts, but is denied access, even from recreating a new password and still in return, I get denied access. This is very unfortunate that I can't give a better rating.

It knocks me off and I have to start over. I tried typing a chat and no keyboard appeared. How do you type without a keyboard??? I'm looking for a doctor. One doctor is listed 50 times. I didn't take time to count so it could be more or less but the same one repeats over and over. This app is NOT user friendly!
