First time user and am impressed. While i did received messages of 2 cancellations, i was skeptical of getting a driver at the first place. But they were able to find one in time and he did arrived on time and served as expected. He was polite and was very careful with the car too. The app worked fine for me and really dont have any complaints. A great first experience and hence am surely gonna use it more now.

Late night, i decided not to drive back home. So i tried driver through drive U app. The booking process was quick and easy, nice user friendly interface. The driver was right on time and followed a well guided SOP,ie clicking photos of car etc . The very polite person drove us back home smoothly driving a distance of 18 km, even on Bengaluru roads and weekend traffic. It was an excellent experience.

First experience was good. Second time when I booked, the experience was pathetic. It was mentioned that the driver details will be shared 30 mins before start of trip. But nothing shared till start time. No proper response from support team. Every message took more than 10 mins to get the response. Decent app. But not reliable always especially for a planned trip.
