Ratings and reviews

Overcharge and double charge. The app payments system is faulty. Customer support is very incompetent. Won't follow issues and slow to respond. Won't let customer talk Driver shows 20 minutes away but after booking comes after 2 hours. Some drivers are dishonest they take 1 hour to come from parking to pickup point and DriveU bills customer for it. No refund to customer except for putting in DriveU wallet when a ticket is raised. Too much fraud stuff and deception especially billing.

Good app, easy to use, only problem is you to give booking timing of atleast one hour from the time of booking, no choice of drivers, must have choice of drivers with photo & their driving experience, other than this had a good experience, except that I missed applying for the first time user discount coupon.

Excellent driver service! Punctual, courteous, and navigated flawlessly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommended for a stress-free journey.😘
