Late night, i decided not to drive back home. So i tried driver through drive U app. The booking process was quick and easy, nice user friendly interface. The driver was right on time and followed a well guided SOP,ie clicking photos of car etc . The very polite person drove us back home smoothly driving a distance of 18 km, even on Bengaluru roads and weekend traffic. It was an excellent experience.

First experience was good. Second time when I booked, the experience was pathetic. It was mentioned that the driver details will be shared 30 mins before start of trip. But nothing shared till start time. No proper response from support team. Every message took more than 10 mins to get the response. Decent app. But not reliable always especially for a planned trip.

I booked 8 hour round trip today though I had some hesitation. I had recently met with bike accident and not able drive car yet but I had some car repair work at multiple places and knew it would take 7-8 hours. So I booked anyway. Driver was assigned a night before and arrived on time. Everything was upto expectation. Did not face any issue at all. I'd suggest driveU anyday to anyone. Thumbs up and keep up trustable service.
