This is definitely the worst banking app I have ever used, to the point that I would consider leaving Hume all together as no improvements have been made in many months. The app constantly freezes and glitches. Compared to other banking apps, say like my commonwealth one, you have barely any access to complete even the simplest of tasks.
Buggy and limited functionality Consistency in usability and layout across mobile and computer would be preferred. This app is difficult to use, when it's not bugging out and closing. Can't do multi authorisation transfers as needed for business work. NFC payments seems a dream away...
Keeps shutting down Really great app before update now all it does is tap go to open app then it shuts down very crap you can not even use it anymore
Awesome update! Love the update implemented tonight! Seeing pending payments is great, really helpful. Also, the details on the home screen really help. Saves the extra click to see available balances. Good job!
Crashes regularly, freezes often, have had to uninstall and reinstall twice (won't be reinstalling next time), asks for full log on half the time rather than pin. Very disappointing compared to major bank equivalents.
Hume bank. Does not show account numbers and details when transferring payments so I cant tell which accounts they are. have to use Ibank instead. Always crashes at startup, rarely works.
Keypad rather than keyboard now used for PIN entry.
Keypad/Keyboard now loads automatically when the app prompts for a PIN or Password.
Adjusted colour on 'quick balance' tile for better contrast/readability.
