Extremely poorly designed app. Totally useless. I was able to set an account but the app is so archaic, it won't function. Tried finding the local restaurant and it said Geo Location services turned off. OK, most apps will open the setting page but not this one. Turned on manually and never could find the local store within a mile. I tried searching near my home address and it did not find the store down the street. Don't waste your time with this app. Uninstalling it as it's totally useless.

Completely Useless This app only shows 2 locations no matter what address you put it, and those stores don't even allow mobile orders. It also keeps saying my location is off when it isn't. You can't even view the menu. Garbage. Gabage app. Whoever designed this should be fired. Chicken Express, why haven't you fixed this?!

I should have read the reviews before downloading the app. It took me 11 tries to create an account. The app could not verify my address. I tried different variations of my address. Hyphen, no hyphen, period, no period. It was crazy. Then, my password did not meet their requirements. Thing is, they don't tell you the requirements when you create it. It took me 30 minutes to get the account set up. I finally got logged in and all the app does is allows online orders. I deleted the app.
