Ratings and reviews

Meh. Gets the job done, but missing numerous features standard on most apps. Need to add order tracking, ability to tip on credit orders, among other things, costs of add-ons shown before adding to cart, among other things. Also need to fix odd quirks like, when clicking an order to edit, several options initially appear to have reverted to the default.

Bug in system- Previously I was able to make adjustments to my order, example: remove banana peppers and olives from a salad. However, the past few months when I click the option to remove these items, it doesn't show up for the restaurant. Would love it if that could be fixed. Otherwise, I love this app and Pickleman's is THE BEST!

I always have problems logging in so I have to switch to guest checkout instead. I never get the password reset email request despite the fact that I have a registered account. There is no area to leave a tip on card purchases either which is very frustrating if there is no cash on hand, so I have to call the store directly to add, which discourages the benefits of ordering on the internet.
