Not easy to use at all, you can only put 32 characters in the special insturction for delivery. so when you live in an area that has lots, you can only put the lot number then there's no room for descriptions of the house. if you hit the back button after ordering something or looking at an item to go back to the previous portion of the menu it deletes everything from your cart. App doesn't allow you to update your phone number either. It doesn't even show you deals running in your area.

Better than old app but still 💩... Build a pizza or customizing? You have no idea how much you are adding until you get to cart! Then it's sticker shock! The you have no idea what each item cost. So don't use app & try split bill! Trust me it's not worth ~4$ adding pepperoni or whatever to Cheesesticks! They might have added an OUNCE across XL!Shame on you! $20 XL w/ 1 topping... Might as well order pizza no sauce! USE WEBSITE!

The app is very useful for if you just can't call or don't need to, and the app coupons save so much money. only complaint would have to some sign in errors but other than that would always recommend.
