The payment processing stopped working. When I go to home screen and back it looks as if I never tried to check out. Tried to reach out to the support, but there is no button to talk to agent. Very bad user experience

Ex loyal customer. I'd rather starve than use this app again. Zero customer support, they removed all human contact, email, and support number. Food always late, wrong, opened and/or damaged. They're only interested in taking your money then basically stonewall you. Scam at its finest form. And they threaten you by "won't able to create an account ever again if you delete it". Health inspectors should fine them big. After 5 years of depleting services, deleting this app and won't be using it.
