Worst delivery app ever. Adding service fees, and regularly increasing menu prices. And on top of that, very rude and unprofessional customer service. Other apps are much better. If there is lower than one star I would have put that.

During my holy trip for Hajj, I tried to rely on the application for daily necessities. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. Despite several attempts to place an order, the system consistently shows the message: "Currently the stores are not in the delivery area." This issue occurred with all listed stores, making it impossible for us to complete any order. I reached out to customer service hoping for assistance, but unfortunately, the response did not lead to any positiv

Couldn't provide an invoice of the order. Pathetic customer service. The customer service agents, only 50% understand English. Asked for refund in bank, got refund in Wallet. Once I waited more than 2 hours for an order to be delivered with only 10 in penalty. Order not delivered on time will get you cash in your wallet but you have to wait 30 mins for that. A person can order 2 times in that time. Vouchers and Offers are good. The company is recognized by the service they provide not the food.
