one of the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life also if your SIM card stopped for any reason or lost that mean that all your account data, balance and credit cards will be owned by the new one who will find your SIM card, and you will never can secure your credit cards the only way at that case to cancel all your cards from your bank and issue new ones because the customer service are not supporting to access by email or by security information/question recommend to avoid that app

worst customer service ever, an order took 1:40 hours, and was very cold, yet the customer service forced me to take the food, while its cold and un-consumable, i threw it in the trash, and deleted my account right away, hope next time they learn how to treat loyal customers with care, don't use this app .. there are many other apps with better support.

worst app ever once my subscription ends will go to any other app. Two times I ordered from a specific restaurant they deliver from different restaurant and let alone the delay always not on time and the food comes cold and what they will do? they will give you 10 sr for cold soggy food. my advice don't consider hungerstation ever.
