Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. If you have problems with your order then good luck to you. you will need to hand it by yourself. I got food poisoning from one of the orders there was nothing I can do.

Very disappointing experience. I was wrongly charged for delivery that should have been free, and support didn't resolve the refund. They also refused to change something in my order and it wasn't going to change the price and it was just minutes after I placed it, even before it was prepared. Customer service was unhelpful, and the chat even closed while I was still typing. I won't be ordering again.

⭐ 1 Star The worst delivery app I have ever used. HungerStation’s HPay system is completely useless. I added 50 SAR to my HPay wallet, but every time I try to pay, the payment gets declined and the button automatically closes. This problem has been going on for almost two weeks, and I still cannot place an order using HPay. I even tried adding another 2 SAR to fix the issue, but the money was deducted from my bank card and never appeared in my HPay balance. It feels like my money has disappe
