Always lovely food
Ordered our food and was told it would be delivered 90 minutes later at 2115. Food arrived, cold, at 2145. In this half an hour we had spoken the store (who were unapologetic) and tried to contact Hungry House through the app (132 people inthe chat queue), Twitter (no response) and Facebook Messenger (one response, no followup only reply). You'd be better to contact the takeaway restaurant direct, or use a company with better customer service such as Just Eat or Deliveroo.
Well Just eat is down so decided to try this instead very little to choose from, ordered my food, waited half an hour for a text got nothing went back on app turned out it ain't working, then got a email saying it was cancelled due to issues on the app. Brilliant!
A great little app making finding and ordering food so easy. I don't think I will use it again though. 50p online surcharge and 50p payment surcharge is so cheeky to say the least. Unless I get really stuck I will be getting the menus out of my draw and ringing in my order.
Tried ordering from two restaurants only to be told they were closed all the way at checkout. Keeps refreshing menus, order updates etc forever until you kikl the app and restart it. Some serious issues with either the servers or app programming.
Great app. Worked really well for our first order except that I didn't receive a confirmation text! Did get an email but didn't check as under mobile details it says a text will be sent!
