Ratings and reviews

I am unable to make payments to my Huntington Bank Credit Card from my Huntington Bank Checking Account through this app. When I enter in the amount of payment, the app gives an error message, "Enter an amount equal to or less than your current balance, $0.00". This error message shows up regardless of the actual amount I type in to make a payment. It's like the app thinks I'm making a payment of $0.00 and refuses to allow me to Submit a payment. Please fix.

Pretty good banking app overall, but I have a couple of complaints about the teen accounts. Only one parent can be listed on them, so I have access to our kids' accounts and my husband doesn't. And the nicknames chosen for the accounts don't show up on the "My Circle" screen, so I have to learn to recognize our kids' accounts by their account numbers. The names on the cards or account nicknames also don't appear on the "manage my cards" screen, so it's difficult to tell whose is whose.

Up until recently, I would've rated the app 5 stars. I move money constantly (spending acct, bill acct, savings acct, etc). Whatever this latest update involved forces me to constantly logout and log back in so I can see the money was actually moved. Transactions and balances are no longer synchronized. Any pending transactions may or may not have been accounted for in the total balance. Nothing is as it was. I am overly frustrated and beyond furious. CHANGE IT BACK!!! 😤
