The app is not visually appealing. Yeah I know it gets the job done but this looks like something from 10 years ago. Plus I'm still mad Huntington doesn't offer Android Pay or Samsung Pay but yet they have Apple Pay!
Only reason to install app is mobile deposits, and its not working. All other apps able to obtain location, this one keep telling "no permissions is granted". Also randomly asking to verify device via SMS code. It is annoying! Probably its time to switch to another bank...
Loved this when I first downloaded it. Used it to pay my mortgage. I've been trying to pay my mortgage for 3 days now with no success. When I click view mortgage information or make mortgage payment it takes me to a new page, but the page is just white. No information and nowhere to be able to make a payment. Please fix.
I only just signed up for a checking account, but the app already disappoints me. It is in need of a MAJOR redesign. Why is the app design based on iOS?? Especially the OLD design of iOS?? Obviously, this is just about looks and doesn't mean the app didn't work, but the look is upsetting enough for me to give 2 stars...
My balance is not correct. sometimes when i log in it gives me different balances. its very strange. I log all of my purchases down and discovered about 2 weeks ago, i was missing money. never poped back up. just gone.... Lately the app is just acting up not bery happy with it anymore.
Since the First Merit merger with Huntington I am not thrilled. With the mobile first merit app you would see your purchases immediately deducted from your account, with the Huntington app, it takes a full day during the week and on weekends you might as well forget about it. My paychecks would show up in my account with first merit by 7 a.m. on payday. Well, today is payday and guess what, I have no money in my account from my employer according to this app. I hate it.
- Avoid overdraft fees by managing your overdraft options if there isn’t enough money in your account.
- Minor bug fixes and enhancements.
