Always struggles to update and there's always something incorrect about billing or allowances that means you have to go check the website anyway. Not sure what's happening at three lately but your apps, deals and customer relations have been shockingly bad. I used to love you guys but yeah, gotta go sometime :-(
A consistently slow and woeful experience, and has been for as long as I can remember, despite several updates. Normally fails to update the balance, claiming a network error. Or it says it's updated, yet has missing or incorrect info. Asks to turn off WiFi when there's a connection problem, which is preposterous (and still doesn't necessarily work), because I can use Chrome over WiFi to login the the 3 website, where I get accurate and functional results. Exceptionally bad app.
Dear Three. I have a major worry with this otherwise excellent app.I have 'control your spending' set so that if I lose the phone for example nobody can call 'numbers outside my allowance' eg premium rate numbers. However it seems that this app allows you to reset this setting without entering your logon password and is therefore a major security breach
I like the app, haven't had any major issues with it at all. I do agree that at times it doesn't reset and briefly makes me worry but hey after being conned out of £100s by my previous provider I don't mind an app with the occasional glitch. Thank you 3 for your great plans xx
First of all, it takes ages and countless pressings of the refresh button just to have allowance status updated, second of all I waited 10 mins after inserting my credit card details to top up and I gave up and called 444. It's a shame that basic functions don't work. Please give me just 1 reason not to uninstall it.
