Terrible. Years after saying it needs to allow data over wi-fi, you are still not providing that. Tried to register my daughter's phone, just keeps throwing up oops messages. Time you provided what customers want. You seem to have ignored what was said on the beta programme and created a new app with the same faults as the old one.
Works OK with Samsung S7, but only with a data signal for 3 network (apparently for security reasons). I have no reliable data connection at home, so essentially can't use the app at home. Given that my home network has more security features than you can shake a stick at, this restriction seems like overkill.
I updated April 27th 2017 and though this trash app might be better but it says " oops there's a problem connecting" I've been using every other app fine this morning. It gets worse and worse just when you think that's impossible. With this app I can't even connect to my own providers internet site.
Keeps saying bill over due when it says on the website and my bank statement it been paid and when i phoned 3 on the 25/04/17 they said everything up to date with my bills and the app needs work as it shouldn't be saying it when everything fine and up to date on there systems!! Clearly faulty app needs looking in to!!
Had to delete cache, data and remove app, loaded using WiFi, would not give info unless on three data, data correct 3 hours ago and will not refresh. I want to know how much data I am using, which this apo makes impossible, have a word with giffgaff app developer there's excellent, without deleting data etc
So, had the update today and you would've thought that the problems all have been addressed but as it turns out, I still can't access my bills from the app and all the other niggles persisting too! Without any improvement there is only a generous 1star rating from me!!
