I open the app, enter my three phone number, and the "enter" button does not work. Nothing happens, I've tried every format possible, nothing happens. I literally cannot use your app. App also crashed 5 times beforehand because I was attempting to use my keyboards paste function. Given your other recent reviews, looks like you need a stability/functionality update ASAP. I've downloaded both apps. The app I'm reviewing is the one I'm having trouble with (the one with white background)

Oh no! that’s not what we want to hear. Feel free to chat with us in the app or online at http://three.co.uk/my3 and we will try and get to the bottom of the issue -Averil

I have been a 3 customer for a decade. I can honestly say that in that time, this "app" has become less and less usable by the day. When I first accessed the app years ago, it was bad. Difficult to navigate, issues with connecting via WiFi etc. I opened the app today, considering my first ever early upgrade. Well...after having spent 5 minutes locked in mortal Kombat with the software equivalent of a human stress position. I no longer want an upgrade, or this phone, or any phone. I want to sleep

I am always fascinated by the Three app. Having had the misfortune of needing to buy a Three SIM again recently, the app is an interesting study in absolutely terrible user experience. It is simply a portal to a website. Many websites are excellent on mobile, and one would expect the Three website to excel given its target audience. However, it does not. Even the most basic thing one could want to do, topping up, is impossible, and just throws an error. Do yourself a favour and get iD Mobile.
