'Oops connection problem' virtually 99% of the time, fix this it's annoying. Was previously on Vodafone and their app worked flawlessly. Fix up. EDIT: to the guy from 3 who replied, I do use mobile data for this app not WiFi. Fix your application.
Update made it worse. I uninstalled/reinstalled and now it keeps looping through the setup flow, sometimes saying it failed (oops), and sometimes that I'm All Set. But never actually doing anything useful. Previously: OK, we're halfway there: The latest update shows the PAYG balance correctly, but it still refuses to update the allowances ("you currently have no add-ons on your account"). I've tried it on three phones now, each with different versions of Android. Please fix it.
I have a mifi dongle connected to a tablet and the app won't let me proceed until I turn on mobile data. Replying to comment: I am connected to the Three network via my mifi dongle, but all the app says is to turn on mobile data, so how do I proceed?
Comes up with an error message soon after I open the app. Even when it works it was terrible as the information wouldn't update or just not display anything
Be good if the app actually worked!! Rather than giving error and code 111
Loads up and tells me I need to setup every time I open the app, then it just says please wait for an indefinite period of time and reinstalling does not fix

New, nerdier Three app.

We've racked our brains and made some smart changes to Three app, just for you.

We've added diagnostics which make it easier to fix your problems, and as usual, got rid of some bugs (except bookworms, of course). You'd better catch up and update your app.
