Think this is absolutely amazing compared to any other network I've been with. My deal is amazing and so cheap with a contract sim. Got an absolute brilliant offer. Over the moon with. Recommended to all family and friends. I never ever thought about using this network until a friend told me how good and yous are. Amazing. Never ever had any problems. And I couldn't thank you more for me finally being totally 100 percent happy with a phone network. Will never ever use anyone else now. 3 is the place to be. Can't activate new SIM from the app. It just says oops something went wrong all the time. This new version is just as hopeless as the last one. Update: So they send me a link to an online chat with no operators. Thanks a lot!
Less than optimal app. Uses 3+4G internet to access account which becomes very frustrating when you can't access your account to pay a bill. Never connects properly dispite turning WiFi off before opening app. Good idea, rubbish execution.
The app is always saying there's a problem and makes me call up customer service in order to resolve it. Why can't the app just work properly. I don't want to go through all that bs and waste my time.
It does not work on my dual SIM G6. I have tried re-installing and re-booting while switched to 3 SIM, but still get "Non Three sim card". Update : Thanks for your reply 3. Switching mobile data to the 3 SIM solved the problem. Upgraded from two to four stars because so far I like the app and it seems to work very well.
Will not allow you to use the app for a different sim card. I have two phones (one is not a smartphone) and I wanted to use the app to monitor the payg sim on the other phone, but unlike other apps, it won't let you log into an account, just says that I have a non-three sim card.
