Frustrating! It doesn't update balance or plan automatically. When I try to refresh I get a connection error message. Do I need wifi or not because neither seems to work. For someone like myself who uses a lot of data, an automatic update would be excellent. App appears to be slow and sluggish. Needs work. One more thing, the bill payment due date is showing the year to be 2016. Really?! Update 21/2...still showing bill dates as 2016!!
A waste of time. I switch data on then load the app and it just states "OOOPS! sorry there has been a problem". The app has never worked and I have tried it on 3 separate phones with 3 different 3 sims. Their MY3 browser site is just as bad giving the same problem when I try to buy an addon. Saved me a small fortune I guess over the year. 333 customer support were useless as I couldnt understand a word they were saying. It even shows a completely different balance to what I see through the desktop browser!
Clunky horrible app. Why do you have to manually refresh to see current usage/bill status? Even when you do it seems to show incorrect date or time. Some functions are just redirects to an old fashioned web page. Needs re-writing from the ground up.
Doesn't show the right bills or usage information for me. Seems like it's stuck showing my first bill as my next one and usage amounts don't tie up with what I see on the website. Tried clearing cache and data and reinstall, no luck. And yes, I know that you have to pull down to refresh. Remember, I'm paying for this.....
Not updating causing big bill. The minute bars do their animation but the talk time usage isn't accurate so your duped in to making expensive over limit calls. Three did give some cash credit back but not the full amount. Felt sick to find despite regularly checking the app it failed to protect me. The due bill date is still broken as says my bill is due on a date last year. Come on 3 get your altogether and stop this rip of farse!
Very poor. The old app used to update and provide relevant account information. This new one simply fails to update. Also the app still requires the user to be on the 4G Network in order for it to open, why not enable wi-fi with the app for areas of patchy reception. Really poor implementation. Update...New update just rolled out and now the app doesn't even open at all!! Laughable. Three Developers...For info people don't need an "Amazing app" just one that does the basics of account access properly. Can't be that hard surely??
