The app used to have the date for when your new allowance will start as well as how many actual voice minutes you have left not just how many 3 to 3 minutes... Please add those features back especially the minutes as it's as good as a chocolate teapot without this essential feature. In reply to the developer I am on a pay monthly plan albeit an old one... Still I don't see remaining minutes on the usage screen only the data and 3 to 3 minutes. Would give the app a 5 star if I can see the minutes...
Works OK sometimes then suddenly you can't access it during which time huge amounts of data disappear. Lost 7 mg in 3hrs recently without downloading virtually anything!!!. Also last night checked at 11.47pm had 5 gb switched off at 12.02am on again at 4.08pm today had 3gb. So lost 2gb overnight without downloading anything and tablet switched off!!!
The app has been improved, but still no access to the app on WiFi and it has been built to show any account changes prior to them going live on your account. This means the app will show any contract changes such as unlimited calls/text or data prior to them being actively live on your account. As a result if you go over any of your original contract allowances, you will be charged even though the app is showing you have unlimited calls/texts or data allowances.
Terrible app! Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it like 3 suggested, still didn't work properly! Also, can only get an update on my account on average about 1 in 20+ attempts! 3 mobile, you really need to fix this app because it's a disgrace!
Terrible. Years after saying it needs to allow data over wi-fi, you are still not providing that. Tried to register my daughter's phone, just keeps throwing up oops messages. Time you provided what customers want. You seem to have ignored what was said on the beta programme and created a new app with the same faults as the old one.
Never works. I have to log into their website instead. That works OK. Since you ask, Three, it sticks. Usually at "Please wait". Occasionally I get beyond that, eg today. It shows a "payment due" as at 14/10/16, and a latest Direct Debit Due date of February, presumably 2017. So it does not know if its 3 months out of date, or 6. Like I said, useless. In point of fact the actual billing, and the service, have been very good. Its just the App. UPDATE. Three advised me to reinstall, which I did, and its now working. Will give it a while before I bump up the one star though.
