Update to App makes the interface less user friendly and harder to click on certain offers. Was OK before the update. However the benefit I get out of it is a free tea at Costa which can't be bad. A number of offers are repetitive each week and most don't appeal but it's a start.
Pictures don't always download, difficult to figure if you've actually used a code or just got the code ready to use, no idea about the wallet. Basically a very clunky app with no discernable benefit. Get a grip 3 and start reading the bad reviews rather than patting yourselves on the back with the good ones.
App itself works fine, not terribly user friendly but it's ok. Offers are a bit rubbish though, either not local, not relevant, or all gone before you get to use them. Have had the app on my phone about 3 months and I've only managed to use one offer in that time.
can be ridiculous at times why put unlimited when its not? too many crashes. customer service is a joke. can understand its free n its just a app but no point advertising the thing when its not even 50 percent working properly . well hope u act upon it
The previous week, it was amazing, and yet somehow this week after opening the app as soon as the offers were released, they were all gone. It was the same for my partner's one too, then all of a sudden his are all available, yet mine are still all gone. Seems super buggy and sketchy, which you wouldn't expect from a big company like 3. Disappointing.
Having been spoilt last week with free Costa, Cineworld tickets and meals at Cafe Rouge and Bella Italia I was looking forward to this week's rewards. Unfortunately they were all gone before even being made available...
