Generally a good app. I have had a few minor issues and there is no iPhone version, since only 4 stars. Seen some people say they cant redeem the codes but I have had no real problems. I have used the Costa Coffee codes twice and one for thoughtful Cards. I did have an issue with the MyTaxi one, when I click the button 'copy code and go to site' nothing happens, but thats about it. Something to note; once you go into an offer and click redeem now, to see the code, the app will show that you have USED the offer. This does not stop you actually using the code when you want to. I did this with a Costa code, actually redeemed the voucher about 4 days after I viewed the code and it worked fine!
Occasionally codes work, when they actually come in on time. Very rarely any of the codes work even though they may be unlimited, 90 thousand left and with several days left. Live chat feature is a joke, can be waiting 10+ minutes with no clue if you're even connected to anything. Just another app that wants to spy on your app usage, location and what colour your turd was in the morning. Should really give it one star, but it has worked a coupled of times to save me a few pennies. So, yea.
Says enjoy your free pizza and coffee but nothing is listed for pizza or coffee. Can we have a few more offers for more generally available places, some of these are about 60 miles away from me which makes them worthless. Worked fine at dominoes pizza, tried it at pizza hut and the code didn't work, thankfully pizza hut honoured it anyway.
Every time I visit the app, the freebies are gone & everything else is just 20% off offers? Not exactly rewards in my eyes. This is like O2 Priorities poor cousin.
It used to scroll through all the offers but stopped doing that so trying to see what is available is awkward now- swiping across is a bit hit and miss on working. The freebies seem to be very city-living-centric: I don't have any of the stores giving away stuff anywhere near me.
Nice enough idea but app doesn't work too well, doesn't link to external sites when entering requires it and only support is a live chat in the app that literally does nothing. Would be better to have slow response email support than no response live chat.
