Something's gone wrong I loved the older version of this app but the new one loaded, and then I lost my library card and had to get a new one. Now I can't get in to my old account, and when I try to make a new one the app doesn't work. It's April still can't use this app. Please fix Prince George's County memorial library . Up date June 2016 still cannot create a new account put in my information, and it tells me it cannot create an account that I should check my data connection which is working fine. Try again get same result
From a librarian: used to be decent, but unusable since last update of our OPAC. Errors when trying to search or access accounts. Used to be very handy for renewals. Always hated the dark-gray-on-black color scheme in the search box. No way for local branch to contact support.
Don't work since last update Please fix this app. It was way better before you change it. Now I can't log in at all.
Since its last update, the app does not recognize my library account which has been registered in it since the beginning. Tried to remove it and re-register and it will not allow me to put it in again. Gonna have to give this a negative review until its fixed. Have loved using this app in the past but this is an unacceptable issue.
Search Would be much better if we could search categories for CHILDREN.
Good start, has errors This is a great start but when you select your branch it doesn't keep it, it's annoying to have to select it each time. Also the map to find local branches is unreadable on my HTC phone. Last problem, when you go to reserve a book it keeps the location where the book is as the pickup branch, you can't change it; that's kind of worthless.
