Ratings and reviews

First,this is by far the best read aloud app ever. Been using it for years it's my go 2. Tried others & just don't even compare. But I am going to knock two stars off. I know beggars can't be choosers, but the ads are ridiculous now. Every single time I put a new article in or open the app, an add. Yes, I know everything can't be free. But I'm now a single mom. My husband abandoned me & left me w/no financial help. So I can't afford little things like this anymore:-( but it is still great! #1

love the app, it's very useful. can you add a feature where I can have the control panel (pause, skip line, rewind) overlay while I use other apps? the drop down menu is nice but I'd like the option for quicker access. it's like how YouTube has PiP(picture-in-picture) so you can watch videos while doing other things on your phone

A few pronunciation quirks but an excellent screen reader. I'm using it to listen to an incredibly long web book series (The Wandering Inn). It downloaded all the chapters and automatically advances to the next one until interrupted. It just can't seem to pronounce "friend" for anything though. :D
