whatever you changed in the last update that has to do with SD recordings change it back! the 30 fwd and rewind buttons no longer work right and you have to pay attention to the time because it you touch screen it will jump play back a hour fwd. other wise I would give 4stars also started going offline which never used to do ever.

App is 100% UNUSABLE after daylight savings time change in the US. Simply touching the playback screen jumps the timeline ahead one hour and it can't be adjusted. I've tried changing the time and time zones on the phone, the camera, the router, and even disconnected the network to force the time settings. nothing fixes the problem. trying to download video is even worse because the timeline freezes trying to sync the time you want to download. completely unusable. Please fix ASAP!!!!

After i paid the subscription i did not have access anymore to the cloud to check my survellaince cameras. If you che k a customer service or a contact for help all you can do it is send the log an email that does not exist. They got my money and no way to get assistance. Update. After a few months the subscription is expired on another device and I pay the renewal, like before they got the money but I did not get my cloud activated. 8 sent several emails and I am still waiting a reply. Horribl
