About this app

The MyHyundai with Bluelink app allows you to access a suite of remote services for your connected vehicle like starting your vehicle, checking the vehicle status, scheduling a charge, and more. The app also features diagnostics tools, roadside assistance, and owner resources.

Bluelink technology enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Bluelink features from your office, at home, or just about anywhere.

Access the app with your user email, password, and PIN to take advantage of Bluelink’s features. Log in and send commands conveniently using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). An active Bluelink subscription is required to use Bluelink features in the app. To enroll, please contact your dealer or at

App says it didn't work when in reality it did, my doors always appear unlocked, sometimes it fails to actually start the car, and recently when it manages to start the car, the temperature settings are the ones I had last time I drove the car instead of the app settings. Hyundai joined the manufacturers who rely on an "app" to remotely start the car, and at least for this case the app sucks.

The Hyundai Bluelink app is quite unreliable. It frequently fails to work, and it needs an update. I tried contacting a representative, but there was no progress. The maps also need updating; it takes too long to find routes to destinations. It's disappointing to have such a useless app and poorly functioning software in a brand new car. Apologies for the negative review.

No longer works. Been using bluelink since I got my car in 2020. Up until hybdai changed the logo and app back in August, it was working. Now the app won't update or tell me anything. It keeps giving me error messages for everything. Clearly this was a wrong move by Hyundai. You can't take over something that was working and then spit out garbage. Edit: the bugs have been fixed. Can't imagine living without this app!!
