• Available on Android OS 6 or higher.
• To use the service safely, the app cannot be used on smartphones whose structure has been arbitrarily changed.
• Guide to using public certificates
- When authenticating yourself using a public certificate, registration of the public certificate is required.
- Public certificates can only be registered on the Hyundai Card website (PC). After registering for the first time, you can conveniently use the website, mobile web, and app services.
(Home > Customer Center > Public Certificate Information > Register/Delete Public Certificate)
• The Hyundai Card app uses the V3 Mobile Plus anti-virus app to ensure safe app use, so the anti-virus app will be automatically installed or run automatically when you use the app.
• When requesting account deletion, the Hyundai Card app immediately destroys member data.
• Even if you do not cancel your membership, the Hyundai Card website • If you do not access the app for more than 1 year, your membership data will be deleted.
It will be discarded.

[Visible ARS usage guide]
- Visible ARS is a smartphone-only service that allows you to do business while looking at the mobile phone screen while talking to the Hyundai Card customer center.
- Information on incoming and outgoing calls and mobile content for commercial purposes may be displayed.
- To use the service, you must agree to provide the information below and set permissions.
* Purpose of provision: Use of visible ARS services
* Provided information: mobile phone number, app ID
* Provided to: Colgate Co., Ltd.
* Information retention period: Until consent is withdrawn

I suddenly cannot open my app. Already tried to un/install but still cannot open.

Whenever I open this app, I feel like screaming & pulling off my hairs! I cannot figure out anything myself, because there is no English version available! Everytime my card suddenly stops working, I have to run around to find a Korean person to help me to overcome the problem! The kind lady who processed my application for the card, helped me a couple of times, but now she's also avoiding me 😢 teleconversing in Korean is out of question! Maybe I'll be better off cancelling it altogether 🤔

I wish i can give 0 stars Nothing ever goes smoothly with this card, so useless.......... uselss app and poor technology and company management. I am now at the airport, the only reason I use their card is for the airport lounge, and now when I'm trying to get the lounge, I cant because of a system error at Hyundai card. The error message says to use it after 7 am Korea time. Well, I'm not gonna need the lounge then! Absolutely ridiculous service. If you can choose, choose another card company.
