[Other Usage Guide]
• Available on Android OS version 6 or higher.
• For secure service use, the app cannot be used on smartphones with arbitrarily modified structures.
• Public Certificate Usage Guide
- Public certificate registration is required for identity verification.
- Public certificate registration can only be done on the Hyundai Card website (PC). After initial registration, you can conveniently use the website, mobile web, and app services.
(Home > Customer Center > Public Certificate Information > Register/Delete Public Certificate)
• The Hyundai Card app uses the V3 Mobile Plus antivirus app to ensure secure use. Therefore, the antivirus app will be automatically installed or launched when you use the app.
• Member data will be immediately deleted upon requesting account deletion. • Even if you don't cancel your membership, your membership data will be deleted if you don't access the Hyundai Card website or app for more than one year.

[Visible ARS Usage Guide]
- Visible ARS is a smartphone-only service that allows you to view your phone screen while on a call with the Hyundai Card customer service center.
- Caller and recipient information, as well as commercial mobile content, may be displayed.
- To use the service, you must consent to the provision of the following information and set permissions. * Purpose of provision: Use of visible ARS service
* Information provided: Mobile phone number, app ID
* Provided to: Colgate, Inc.
* Information retention period: Until consent is withdrawn

Ratings and reviews

Why does the total used amount shown in the app not match the amount in the text messages? Isn't that the whole point of getting instant messages?!

Whenever I open this app, I feel like screaming & pulling off my hairs! I cannot figure out anything myself, because there is no English version available! Everytime my card suddenly stops working, I have to run around to find a Korean person to help me to overcome the problem! The kind lady who processed my application for the card, helped me a couple of times, but now she's also avoiding me 😢 teleconversing in Korean is out of question! Maybe I'll be better off cancelling it altogether 🤔

I tried to look at my card number so I put in the first two digits of my pin number and it just completely froze and it won't work even though I closed it and restarted it like 50 times. It's just blank after scanning my fingerprint. Maybe I opened a portal or something when I tried to look at my card number? 🤔
