The Hy-Vee App is your one-stop shop, and yes, it lets you order groceries in minutes—from anywhere! Who doesn’t like having a grocery store in the palm of their hand? Shop by category, sale items, products with Fuel Saver rewards, or just type the product you want into the search bar. And. So. Much. More!

Fuel Saver + Perks
Quickly check your Fuel Saver balance and see when your rewards expire. That’s a nice feature and all, but here’s the best part: You don’t need to have your card with you in the store. Just scan the Fuel Saver QR code from inside the app!

Easily refill prescriptions, check the status of a refill, manage your family members’ prescriptions, and stay up-to-date with the latest health recommendations.

Lists

Ratings and reviews

Just a rotten app. The option to tell shoppers to use their judgment is gone, but they also can't see our substitutions. We end up getting text after text! You can't narrow down the deals lists into just the sections you want, and it randomly decides you've gone far enough down the list and sends you back to the top. When they do the "buy this, get this other item free" deals, you can't click on the other item. Most annoyingly, you can't use recipes on the app and have to go to the site. Sigh.

Lost my time slot and cart because the website kept crashing while trying to order groceries (got to the checkout step and then kept getting errors). Tried the app to see if I could get anywhere with that, and it won't even let me login. Just loops back to the login screen and breaks itself. I remembered why I stopped ordering groceries online. 2 hours wasted messing around with this, I could've picked them up by now.

App crashes more than it works. Considering I paid a $100 annual fee for grocery delivery, this is unacceptable. When I search for common food items, it repeatedly says "Oops." Sometimes it will randomly find the item seconds later. Some days, the search does not work at all. They have lost my business because I have had to give up and buy elsewhere. Invest in your tech, HyVee. I have re-installed the app. Restarted my phone. App still does not work. This has been occurring for weeks.
