The Experience is different from other bank cards. I had trouble using it at first but the personal responses were quite welcome. I wanted to put $50 on the card a a RiteAid store and the Cashier had no clue, but wanted to charge 10% fee. I scheduled notices but can't get rid of them. It's comfortable knowing how much I have but not all the time.
I chose this card because of the name. It's a cool upbeat name. The problem I have with this card is that I have to control and count how many times I use the card daily because they only allow five transaction a day. I use the card mostly to pay my bills online and I have plenty of bills to pay. So when they go through to be paid my card becomes insufficient funds because the time frame it goes through. Which means I have reached my five transactions a day. Even though one day I have only used it three times in that day. I then have to pay the card and the company I paid my bill to an extra late fee. I then end up with less money in my pocket then I expected. What gives MOVO the right to tell how and when I get to spend my money.
They mailed me my card activated it, I transferred funds to my Movo account. Then Movo decides they want to verify my Identity and suspend my account and is holding my funds.. UPDATE... TODAY IS MARCH 20TH.. THEY ARE LIARS THEY HAVENT UNLOCKED OR FIXED MY ACCOUNT LIKE THEY STATE IN TB THEIR POST ON HERE !!! THEY ARE STILL HOLDING MY MONEY AND REFUSING TO UNLOCK MY CARD OR ACCOUNT.... HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVO TO ANYONE...
OK 1st off I love The entire concept by movo.cash however after receiving my card I been unable to activate it. I was under the impression that I can load it with bitcoin, however that is not the case. I have twelve prepaid debit cards of all brands and I could not load the card with those either. Every time I try to reach out to Support via mobile I get a frequently asked question infinite loop. I am highly involved in the fintech / crypto industry. I would love to hear from you guys on how you could be the KillerApp 2017 ! In fact Im interested in helping to explode the movo.cash concept. Do you need some VC love ? If so I can help , if no is this a ALPHA and beta TESTER app ?
Unable to load my card using a my debit, credit, or prepaid card. I've heard that then disabled debit loads and will re-enable soon but no word on this yet.
Update: The CEO contacted me personally because of the issues I've had. He was very prompt and helpful in addressing all of my issues and concerns. Customer service is very important to this company. Recently, I have had zero issues with the application. Previous Review: I had nothing but issues with this app and account. I've tried loading the card with my debit card, but that didn't work. I contact customer support and receive an email right away saying that debit card loads are temporarily not working and that I can load the account via ReadyLink. I tried loading my card at a ReadyLink location and that didn't work. I called customer service and they informed me that my card was not setup for ReadyLink. That's weird because the card says ReadyLink on it and customer support sent me an email saying I can load the card via ReadyLink. I tried loading card with my bank account; now I receive an email saying my account have been flagged and suspended by risk prevention for loading card with my bank account. Also that once verified it can take 5 business days for my funds to be available. That's odd because the app FAQ says 3 business days. It sad that I have to verify who I am again, after doing so with customer service and being in contact with customer support through email. It's disappointing to have to go through this just to load the card.
