On Android, during any lumpsum payment, the transaction is successful but fails to redirect to the app. It stays stuck on the page that says that the transaction is successful for few seconds and then instead of redirecting to the app UI, it goes to be the browser which displays an error saying not authorised. Please fix that. Other than that, it is a massive improvement over the old app. What would also help is a XIRR calculation at the portfolio level. It shows absolute gain at the moment.

This app doesn't even open after entering mpin or giving fingerprints. it will just buffer and load, that's it. never it will open and allow to go inside the app. Don't know why ICICI is having this poor UI and application that can't even load, which loses impression in the first hand. please work on it. I have even tried clearing cache and uninstalled and installed it again and enabled disabled developer mode, still the issue persists. Work with your app developer and improve the application

Getting very bad experience. A new feature introduced recently of money transfer just through biometrics is not at all successful. Though money is deducted but nowhere it shows about transaction and then one has to wait for 3-5 days for confirmation. There is no way to even switch off this feature. the new app is even worse and everytime I login one of my folios are missing and have to go through the process of linking again.
