Worst experience ever. My money was deducted but the ticket was not booked, and I was forced to buy another one at the counter because of your app’s failure. It’s been days and the amount is STILL not refunded. This is seriously unprofessional. Fix your payment system and refund my money immediately.

Cinepolis is a completely froud company. I booked a ticket for Border 2 on 21.01.2026 and show was scheduled on 23.01.2026 09:00 AM. I reached DLF Avenue Mall and I was told that the show has been cancelled and full amount will be refunded. I got call from Cinepolis on the same day and asked me to send ticket pdf and payment screenshot and I did the same. After 3-4 days I called back and asked for refund. I was given assurance that amount will be refunded in 1-2 days but refund not received.

Scammers, turned the whole last month of the year into a supposed "maintenance period" of the club Cinepolis(without any notice) feature, so nobody can redeem their points which can be used to buy tickets at equal rate as rupees.
